Timothy C. McHugh
Tim McHugh founded Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in 1985 with Jim Wilkes. Mr. McHugh received his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of South Florida, magna cum laude, and was selected as a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 1984.
Under Mr. Wilkes' and Mr. McHugh's leadership, Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. has earned over $300 million in courtroom verdicts and hundreds of millions in out-of-court settlements. Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. was recognized by The National Law Journal as one of the top firms in the nation for our results in court.
Mr. McHugh has lectured on various personal injury areas including medical risk management and nursing home litigation.
He is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas.
